When I got hurt in the Marine Corps, I didn’t want special treatment. I wanted a fair chance. A desk, a headset, a mission I could still complete.
Instead, I was discharged.
Now, I’m speaking up—for every service member who’s been told they’re no longer useful just because they got injured doing their job.
