Are you a veteran looking to stay active, reconnect with others, and enjoy the outdoors?
Have you faced challenges adjusting to life after service, especially with injuries or age-related changes?
Would you benefit from light fitness, gardening, community time, and peer support?
Covenant of Courage is launching a new initiative designed especially for Vietnam-era and aging veterans—and we want to know if you’re interested in participating.
We’re teaming up with local partners to create a low-impact, wellness-focused program that includes:
Light outdoor workouts like stretching, walking, or chair-based exercises
Gardening activities to promote mindfulness, movement, and connection with nature
Community time for group conversation, storytelling, and peer-led support
Workshops on wellness, nutrition, mental health, and resilience
This program will be free of charge and tailored for veterans aged 60 and above who want to stay engaged in a supportive, relaxed environment.
