Covenant of Courage: Supporting Veterans, First Responders, and Families in Crisis During the California Wildfires
As the devastating wildfires rage across Los Angeles, San Diego, and Riverside, Covenant of Courage is stepping up to support those in crisis including veterans, first responders, youth, and families who have lost their homes, power, or critical supplies. Our mission has always been to empower and support veteran defenders, guiding them to rediscover their purpose through community-driven action. Now, in the face of this disaster, we are committed to providing immediate relief to those most in need.
Recover Together: Immediate Assistance for Wildfire Victims
We understand that during times of disaster, people need immediate support without restrictions, without delays. Covenant of Courage is offering:
Emergency Lodging & Shelter: Whether you are a displaced veteran, first responder, or family in need, we will work directly with you to secure temporary housing no requirements, no limitations on length of stay through a trusted partner.
Food & Supplies Distribution: We are partnering with local food banks and emergency relief groups to provide hot meals, water, clothing, and hygiene kits to those impacted.
Veteran & First Responder Mental Health Support: Our teams include trained veteran mentors and crisis counselors who are available to help individuals cope with the emotional toll of this disaster.
Assistance with FEMA Applications & Insurance Claims: We are working with pro bono legal teams to help families navigate the complex paperwork required to secure aid.
If you or someone you know has been affected, please call our support line at (323) 471-7279 to speak with a Family Advisor.
We are also seeking volunteers who want to make a difference. To sign up, email us at info@covenantofcourage.com.
