Palisades Fire Containment Reaches 18%, Virtual Community Meeting Available for Residents


The ongoing efforts to control the Palisades Fire have shown progress, with containment now increased to 18%, according to CAL FIRE. The blaze, which has burned over 23,000 acres in Los Angeles County, remains a top priority for firefighting teams working tirelessly to protect lives, property, and critical infrastructure.


To keep residents informed and address community concerns, a virtual community meeting was held today at 6:30 PM. Hosted by the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the meeting provided updates on containment strategies, evacuation orders, and resources available to those affected by the fire.
