Hey fam — I’m Kirk Carlson, a Marine Corps veteran and founder of Covenant of Courage, and I’m directing a community-powered project that uplifts the voices of veterans who were injured in service but discharged without support. We’re challenging outdated policies and telling real stories that need to be heard.
We’re looking to work with Black filmmakers, actors, and creatives who want to use their skills to drive change through powerful visual storytelling. Whether you're on screen or behind the lens, there's a role for you.
🎭 ROLES WE’RE CASTING
🔹 Veteran Advocate (Lead) Age: 28–55 | Any gender strong, emotional presence. Ideally a real veteran or someone who can speak truth to that experience.
🔹 Military Spouse or Parent (Supporting) Age: 30–60Emotionally expressive, grounded, and authentic.
🔹 Young Cadet / Teen Voice Age: 13–18Positive, hopeful, and bold — the future generation inspired by today’s leaders.
🔹 Civilian Ally / Community Leader Age: 35+May play a doctor, policy expert, or city leader who supports the movement.

Passionate collaborators ready to build something that matters
