📢 Calling All Creators on Stage 32
We’re building a movement—and we need your talent to bring it to life.
I’m Kirk Carlson, a medically retired U.S. Marine and founder of Covenant of Courage, a nonprofit advocating for injured veterans who were wrongfully discharged instead of reassigned. Our campaign, #ReasonableRanks, is gaining national momentum—and now we’re expanding our media efforts.
🎥 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✅ Short-Form Content Creators (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
15–60 second storytelling, advocacy, or motion graphic edits
Emotional hooks, trends, and awareness-building content
Veteran or military family experience a plus
✅ Long-Form Video Collaborators
2–10 minute mini-docs or interviews
Narrative-based edits, motion design, or community storytelling
Looking to feature real veterans, community voices, and reform advocates
✅ Writers, Editors, Voiceover Artists, and Cinematographers
People who want to build with purpose, not just portfolio
🎯 THE MISSION:
Create emotionally powerful content that:
✔ Exposes injustice in military discharge policies
✔ Amplifies the voices of forgotten veterans
✔ Drives support for our congressional petition (200+ signatures and growing)
📦 Compensation:
This is a passion project with select stipends, sponsor-backed bonuses, and the opportunity to receive official campaign credit, IMDb credit (doc), and non-profit referral letters for reels, school, or grant support.
