Every Story Matters. Every Voice Deserves to Be Heard.

This week, a veteran shared this powerful message with me:

“I was drafted during the Vietnam War in 1967 and was given an honorable discharge after a hip injury during basic training at Fort Bliss. I have struggled with survivor’s guilt ever since.”

To that I say: Your service mattered. Your story matters.

And you are not alone.

Service takes many forms, and the emotional weight of military life stays with us long after discharge.
