Join the Fight for Fairness: Support the #ReasonableRanks Campaign

Injured veterans deserve more than discharge—they deserve opportunity.

At Covenant of Courage, we’re proud to lead the #ReasonableRanks campaign: a nationwide movement demanding fairness, dignity, and career continuation for injured service members who are still ready and able to serve.

Every day, capable veterans are being forced out of the military without the option of reassignment, support roles, or fair retirement benefits. We say: No more.

We’re calling on the Department of Defense and Congress to take action by:

  • Creating non-combat reassignment paths for injured personnel

  • Protecting the retirement benefits of service members forced to separate due to injury

  • Ending systemic discharge practices that deny veterans a second chance to serve

Be part of the solution.

Together, we can ensure no injured veteran is left behind.
