LOOKING FOR VETERANS READY TO BREAK INTO IT

💻 The Fight for a Second Mission

Are you a veteran or service member who was told that because of your medical discharge, you’re unqualified to do what you did in the military?

You’re not alone — and you’re not unqualified.

Every year, thousands of skilled men and women leave the military not because they can’t serve, but because the system doesn’t know what to do with them once they get injured. The phrase “Leave no man behind” seems to vanish when a service member gets hurt.

For many, the discharge isn’t just the end of a career — it’s the loss of a mission, a purpose, and an identity.

⚙️ The Problem: Wasted Talent

Imagine this:

A cyber specialist with years of technical experience gets medically discharged.

An aircraft mechanic with world-class skills in systems diagnostics is told they can’t be retrained for civilian certification.

A communications sergeant who managed secure networks across continents now struggles to find an IT internship.

These veterans aren’t unqualified — they’re unrecognized.

The Department of Defense currently has no enforceable requirement to reassign service members to non-deployable or technical roles when injured. Once you’re considered “unfit for duty,” the door closes — even if your mind, skills, and experience could fill critical workforce gaps in technology, cybersecurity, or AI.

🚀 The Opportunity: Veterans in Tech

That’s where Covenant of Courage steps in.

We’re creating a bridge for injured and transitioning veterans to break into the information technology sector — through mentorship, certifications, and partnerships with training organizations and employers who understand the value of military experience.

Programs like:

  • Cybersecurity Fundamentals

  • Network Administration

  • Data Analytics & AI Operations

  • Emergency Tech and Cyber Resilience

Our mission is simple:

Help veterans translate their service skills into tech careers that provide stability, dignity, and continued purpose.

🧭 From Uniform to Keyboard

Military service builds discipline, precision, and accountability — the very qualities tech employers need.

We’re working to ensure those skills aren’t lost to the system but reborn in a new arena.

You served your country.

Now it’s time to serve your future.
