You Don’t Meet People by Accident

ree

There’s Always a Reason: A Lesson or a Blessing.

Every person who enters your life is part of your story—for a moment, a season, or a lifetime. And whether the experience is joyful, painful, or somewhere in between, there’s always something they leave behind:

A lesson to sharpen you.

A blessing to build you.

Or sometimes… both.

🌱 The Lesson: Growth Wrapped in Discomfort

Not everyone you meet is meant to stay.

Some come into your life to challenge your thinking, test your boundaries, or show you what you still need to heal.

These people:

  • May trigger your deepest insecurities

  • May walk away without closure

  • May betray you, disappoint you, or change suddenly

But even in the heartbreak or confusion, there’s purpose.

Every painful encounter can teach you:

  • To set clearer boundaries

  • To trust your gut

  • To raise your standards

  • To recognize your worth

Some people are mirrors.

Some are sandpaper.

But all are teachers.

💝 The Blessing: Support That Feels Like Home

Then there are the rare souls who show up and remind you that good people still exist.

They pour into you.

They believe in you.

They walk beside you during your comeback, not just your highlight reel.

These people are:

  • Encouragers

  • Healers

  • Builders

  • Kingdom allies

You don’t have to question their motives.

They show up when it counts.

They remind you of your purpose.

Some people are the answer to prayers you didn’t even know how to speak.

🛤 What You Do With the Encounter Matters

The real question isn’t: “Why did this person come into my life?”

It’s:

“What did they teach me about me?”

  • Did they stretch your heart?

  • Did they wake up your courage?

  • Did they expose an area that still needed healing?

  • Did they point you back to your mission?

Not every connection is meant to last.

But every connection leaves a mark.

And when you’re walking in purpose, even the painful ones push you forward.

🙏 Final Thought: Nothing Is Wasted

You don’t meet people by accident.

Whether they’re a mentor, a storm, a friend, or a stranger—you crossed paths for a reason.

So take the lesson.

Embrace the blessing.

And keep moving in faith.

Because God doesn’t waste encounters.

He uses them to shape the leader, healer, and warrior you’re becoming.
