At Covenant of Courage, we recognize that service doesn’t stop at the end of a shift—and neither should support.

That’s why we created Shield & Serve, a program dedicated to the wellness, resilience, and recovery of active and retired first responders and their families. Whether they’re firefighters, EMTs, dispatchers, or police officers, those on the front lines deserve care, connection, and healing when they need it most.

Our Responder Reset Retreats offer weekend getaways focused on mental health, family healing, and resilience training. These retreats include therapy sessions, peer discussions, outdoor activities, and rest—helping restore balance and connection.

📞 Behind the Badge Support Line

Sometimes, the most powerful lifeline is a voice on the other end of the phone. The Behind the Badge Support Line provides 24/7 peer support—not a hotline, but a connection to someone who understands the culture and pressure of first responder life. Confidential, compassionate, and grounded in real experience.

🕊️ Line of Duty Legacy

The loss of a first responder in the line of duty leaves behind more than grief—it can also bring financial hardship and emotional trauma for families. Line of Duty Legacy offers grief support, funeral assistance, and emergency financial aid to surviving spouses and children, helping them navigate their new reality with dignity and care.
